Data Deletion Request

SolanaRWA is committed to your privacy. You have the right to request deletion of all data associated with your wallet address at any time.

What Data We Store

When you use SolanaRWA, the following data may be stored in association with your public wallet address:

  • Registered RWA assets and their acquisition details
  • Income events (dividends, coupons, distributions)
  • Depreciation schedules
  • Portfolio valuation snapshots and allocation history
  • Subscription status and payment transaction signatures (no card details — Stripe handles those directly)
  • Generated tax reports

We do not store personal identification (name, email, phone number), private keys, or seed phrases.

How to Request Deletion

To request permanent deletion of all data associated with your wallet address, send an email to:

support@solanarwa.tax

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please include the Solana wallet address(es) for which you want data deleted. Since we identify you solely by wallet address, providing the address is sufficient to locate and remove your data.

What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete:

  • All registered assets and their metadata
  • All income event records
  • All depreciation schedules and calculations
  • Portfolio snapshots and allocation history
  • Valuation and multiplier snapshot records
  • Subscription and payment records
  • Any linked wallet associations

This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. You are free to reconnect your wallet and start fresh at any time.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email (if provided) once your data has been removed. If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it through the Account page before requesting deletion.

Quick Self-Service

Since SolanaRWA is non-custodial and identifies you only by wallet address, disconnecting your wallet immediately stops all data collection. However, previously stored records (assets, income, reports) will remain in our database until you request formal deletion.
